Lost alone in Los Angeles with HSV-2(new to the scene) am i alone is anybody out here like me? If your from Los Angeles and you have had it for awhile if so do you want to chill maybe you can give me some pointers and maybe we can become friends or something i just need some people time; face to face. i would go to a therapist but that is just for therapy i want to hang with people who deal with this on everyday living. i want to see hows it gonna be because this is me now whether i like it or not. i have lots of little questions about it maybe you can help “hit me up if your down” lostangel4u2c@yahoo.com ( i hope this is cool with the community guidelines.)

Herpes is not a club… it is a virus that affects more than half of the population.
So many people have herpes, it is impossible to make it a real dating community.
Just to give you an idea, there is a yahoo group in my area for herpes support and socializing. I’m sure there are several in your area. There are more than 20,000 members in this city, but do you know how many show up for their events? Less than 15. On top of a low turnout, most people don’t actually go more that 2 or 3 times.
You know why?
They get over it. They move on. They realize that herpes is actually such a small part of their lives that they realize how stupid it is to base their socializing just on this one small detail.
So, they get involved with these groups briefly… and then move on with their lives. Soon, you’ll get over it too….
