Need to pay a fine in houston texas…?
So about 5 months ago i receieved 2 tickets in houston tx.. 1 for speeding the other for no insurance. when i went to court I presented the judge my insurance and it was dismissed. I was given a date to come back and pay my speeding ticket, but i never did. Not because i didnt want to but because my court date was scheduled for the 12th of sept, when the whole IKE stuff was happening.. i thought i would be getting a letter in the mail with a rescheduled date but when i checked online it said i was suppose to have gone the following day after ike and it was too late then… all in all ive been putting it off but now i want to take care of it because im more than sure that its turned into some type of warrant.. i have a son and work downtown where im surrounded by cops and need to get this taken care of asap!! please help. what is the first step i need to take???
Just go to the court house or mail it in they just want the money not you, they will not swear out an arrest warrant but when you try to renew your license their will be a hold.~
