Is Carbon Dating Wrong
If all this carbon dating stuff is wrong, how are they calculating it to make it wrong?
and evolution and stuff, if it’s all wrong, where are they getting their information that keeps being backed up by other scientists?
Simple answer: neither is wrong.
With many refinements over the past 60 years, and extensive data from thousands of samples of known age tested to get calibration information, carbon 14 dating today is considered, with proper preparation of samples, to give results within 3% of the actual age value. That takes into account all of the “claims” made by creationists saying why it’s wrong. If they’d actually read the scientific literature, they’d know the issues they raise have been dismissed through evidence or dealt with through calibration. It’s not wrong, it’s extremely accurate.
Same goes for evolution.
