Yes, it still exists. Why? Ignorance i suppose. People don’t just don’t know enough about other people not of their own color so they are a threat to them. And people learn from the wrong teachers throughout their lives. Let me give you an example. I’m native american by the way. Ok, let’s just say you and I were watching an old western movie and all the indians got killed. And because I had just watched this movie I start accusing the white folks for all the mess that is going on today. So i start hating the white folks. Does this justify my dislikes for white people, just because of a movie? I like everybody by the way, I’m just giving you an example. People read into things which are not true at times. Alot of movies or people can play mind games with you and make you believe that something actually happened when some of it actually didn’t. Sure , some things really did happen. But because of these negative people we tend to become afraid of what we really don’t know about. And some people of our own race will tell us not to mingle with other people for certain reasons and that keeps us from getting to know one another. People can change if they want to but they don’t want to. You can do your own personal research and talk to people of other color and you’ll see why things are the way they are. Then you will really decide for yourself how you want to feel about people. You will be more wiser than some folks for learning this thing.
