Dating Widowers
My boyfriend recently broke up with me. He is a widower and we started dating each other about 8 months after?
his wife died. We were both at bad places in our lives when we started dating…it’s been 2 years now. I wanted to marry him…he felt that he could not see a future between us…we were both too different in culture and religion. I firmly beleive that this has a lot to do with his wife…how can I make him see that we can work things out and deal with his grief. I don’t think he ever dealt with it…he would just drink or smoke weed. How do I fix things with him?
you didnt give the man time to heal from her death and you had a few issues you stated you needed to work out also. you cant jump head first into a relationship like that especially under the circumstances, give him some time and you take some time yourself
