what cultures is dating frowned upon?
I know that in Arab cultures traditional dating like in the U.S. is frowned upon because it usually involves sex and other promiscuous things. Plus commitment really isnt really honored. There are other factors involved I’m sure.
On the other side in the U.S. it is taboo to marry your cousin but in other countries it is normal.
But what other cultures frown on dating?
I have arabic friends and their parents have said no dating! I also have friends from countries like india, their parents say the same thing…
So… i guess most parents that are arabic and middle eastern frown upon dating. I’m not sure about other places/culture though.
