Pregnancy Dating Date wrong?
Hi i am really confused i always have my period on the 11th of the month i am very regular, now in july i missed my period on the 11th july so i did a clearblue digital pregnancy test which came up postive with the results 2-3 weeks which worked out exactly the date i had sex 27th june and when i was ovulating so in my mind i am 10 weeks, i went for my dating scan 2 days ago and they said i am 12weeks and that i concieved on the 10 june i never had sex then and i also had a normal period starting the 11th june for 4-5 days which is normal for me.. i am sooo confused can anyone help me??????
so does this mean that its 10 weeks since i concieved but the scan and midwife will give me 12weeks???
Thankyou very much, i was so confused i was thinking thats not possible i never had sex then and i had a period the day after they saying im pregnant from lol. youve helped me to understand a lot 
Pregnancy is calcuated as 40 weeks, week 1 starting on the day of your last period. When you conceive, you are actually 2 weeks into your pregnancy. The digital tests don’t factor in those extra two weeks.
