Local reaction to film festival’s controversial fare heats up the Yukon
Dave Bidini: Last week, I attended the 11th annual Dawson City Short Film Festival. The northern lights — pink and white and green translucence — appeared on opening and closing nights, and in between there was beer, and more beer. A crayoned sign outside the Downtown Hotel said: ‘We have a great selection of booze!’
