What are the statutory rape laws in Kansas?
My brother is dating a 17 year old girl, he unfortunately, is 25. I’m kinda worried he may get into some trouble since she is under 18. So I’m wondering if anyone knows what the age of consent is in Kansas? Is it 16 for all individuals?
My daughter is 16 and lives in Kansas with my ex-wife. I don’t care if it is legal if he was dating my daughter I would take advantage of the fact that as a 25 year old he can have his butt whipped as an adult and I would only have to cop to assault and not assaulting a minor. and lest you think I would be blaming him only I would be dealing with her too. Tell your brother to think about it.
