You know when you sit down to watch a scary movie to build up of music and scary noises and most of the time really bad acting starts makes you feel a fear of being in the same situation.
This is probably the same for somebody who is going on a date as the first date or maybe the first in a long time. They feel the same type of sensation in the same formidable power that can scare us whilst watching a movie. The reality is that you need to be strong you need to fight this and not listen to it as it tries to take control of your mind.
The most important thing you need to do is simply go for it, do not listen to your fear. You need to be courageous uniquely strong you need to enjoy the many new experiences that you’re going to encounter. Just think of all those things you have done in your life to first-time and how much enjoyment in the form you have had. The first time you went on a roller coaster, the first time he went on an airplane, the first time you started working, the first time you went to school. Sometimes you enjoy these, sometimes you are fearful. But, in the end you enjoy the experience and you would probably do them again when you get the opportunity.
Sometimes us humans are fearful of making mistakes. Maybe this is you? But life would be so boring if we didn’t make mistakes. And if we were to simply give a every time we did choose to fear we would never actually do anything. It’s important to conquer this it’s important that you take the bull by the horns and go for it. Never looked back, just keep pushing forward taking chances and enjoying life to the full.
