Does dating my best friends ex make me a horrible person?
I have been out of high school for 5 years now and my past still haunts me. i had a best friend in high school who we will call “Molly”, we had been best friends for about 3 years and as of graduation, after a huge falling out-we are just now able to tolerate one another. I have always wondered what it would be like to be with “billy”-Billy is Molly’s high school boyfriend-they have not been together for about 2 years now. Billy and i have always talked about being more than friends but its made me feel like a bad person-I want to be with him and I know that we would be so great together…do i give up before it starts because he was her lover? I need inspiration…
If she’s a good friend and you value your relationship with her, don’t do it. If you don’t mind losing her as a friend, than do what you want, but if you do mess with him you and Molly won’t remain friends for long. You never mess with you friend’s ex-man.
