Im tyring to remove my aol anti virus but it keeps coming up i need to close it first but i have no idea how?
i keep getting a security allert saying my anti virus is out of date when i click on aol the free verson comesup that its not ive tried removing it in the control panel but says i need to close it first which i cant do help
Just right click on the icon and you should be able to quit. If not try opening Task Manager by pressing Ctrl Alt Delete all at the same time. Look down the list of applications and terminate your AOL anti virus. Now uninstall via control panel > add/remove programs.
