What happen to the high speed internet I was told would be available by Dec, 2006?
When I bought into dail-up service it was based on the fact that DSL would be available by Dec, 2006. It is now almost June, 2007 and no one associated with SBC can give me a answer.

Internet speeds depend on the type of service and the company that provides it. Also depending on where you live it may or may not be available to you. The fastest out right now. is Verizon Fios (Fiber Optic). If thats not available to you I recomend cable internet. And obviously you get what you pay for. So cable and fiber will cost you about $45 per month
